Subject: [patch] POP3 protocol negotiation (POP3 over TLS)

Hi,

Here is a small patch to enable TLS protocol negotion for POP3 in 
client mode. The command line argument is "-n pop3". This patch 
should be conforming to RFC2595 [Using TLS with IMAP, POP3 and ACAP].
